About Us
About Us
Parabor was founded in 1964 by Roberto D’Alessio Genova, a chemical engineer, with the goal of supplying the Brazilian market with high-quality imported equipment and raw materials for the rubber industry.
The company’s trajectory reflects the influence of his father, José Genova, who in the 1940s created the Rubber Laboratory at the Institute for Technological Research (IPT), leaving a mark on the sector in Brazil. This legacy of technical expertise was the foundation for Roberto to establish his name and, later, Parabor.
